This is my lovely daughter with her son, my grandson. Today is her 21st birthday so I'm intending to spend the day thinking fondly back over those years while scanning in old photos.
It's strange that though the state recognises us as adults at 18, 21 still seems the age to celebrate.
Monday must be the worst day of the week to have a birthday...
