Fall...
...the Cote d'Azur version of Fall, that is, Fall lite maybe.
I look with envy at every one's Fall photos, those golden broad leaved trees gleaming in the sun but here leaves tend to be small to conserve moisture so pines are common as are Mediterranean oaks which keep their leaves 'till December. With the recent windy days ours are starting to come down now so that by Christmas we'll have plenty to keep ourselves occupied sweeping up the leaves (as if there weren't enough to do!).
At least it's a way of burning off the extra calories..

This is so, so lovely! The lovely blue of the water makes up for the lack of color on the leaves.
This is a very picturesque photo. I wish that we were still experiencing fall instead of snowy winter! Come see my "winter wonderland" collage today!
a few leaves floating in serene water - late autumn in France - lovely
At quick glance I thought Monet's water lilies. Aren't I all poetic this early in the morning.. Just a wonderful photo today. The blue of the water and the leaves is just so peaceful.
