First Sky Watch Photo

This is my first Sky watch post so I've got my fingers crossed that I've done everything right..
This is the view north from home. I've taken a few sky photos from here as we do get quite a lot of "weather" from that direction. Storms sweep down from the mountains then follow the valley which is just beyond those buildings and eventually go out to sea so we have all the pleasure of watching the drama of a storm with no inconvenience to ourselves. This one promised more than it delivered in the end.

This is a nice photograph, Angela, for Sky Watch Friday. The colors are really nice and the contrasts between the lights and darks is just right.

My Sky Watch Friday blog is at my Canon Pixels blog. If you have time I would appreciate your having a look at the sky peeking through the oak tree leaves.

About time too! Specatular cloud coverage, so swollen an heavy. It may not have delivered the rain, but it delivered a brilliant skywatch shot.

About the time I put my tomorrow's post to bed tonight, I checked some blogs and realized that once again SKYWATCH had passed me by. Ya'll help me remember next week OK??

Yours is a fine one . Your first effort and everything worked just fine. Tom W. had to hold my hand through several weeks of them before I could do it solo.
Keep it up!

Great angle with the clouds coming across like that.

What a great cloud formation. The blues of the sky really mix in well.

Welcome to the skywatch family. Your photo is just lovely. Such wonderful billowing clouds set off against the house, greenery and dark hill. Well done.
